Ubisoft

At Ubisoft, I started as a frontline Player Support Agent then specialised as a Tools Expert for Player Support on Social Media channels, leading system strategy and implementation for Sprinklr. Shortly after I moved further into the back office operational teams as a Player Support Systems Project Manager for the EMEA region, where I was the principal architect for the group Jira instance and led the CRM migration from Sprinklr to Social Studio for Social Player Support.

Following this my scope increased to the global Player Support domain after joining Ubisoft IT Publishing Services as a Business Analyst, and Iā€™m currently solving Player Support operational challenges as a Product Manager.

Neighbourhood

At Neighbourhood I was a Publicist servicing electronic dance music artists and DJs - securing touring and performance coverage in digital and print media.

DI.FM

At Digitally Imported, aka DI.FM, I was a Content Director where I curated the radio playlist and brand activations for several themed electronic dance music channels along with managing the live broadcast team that streamed live from club nights and festivals around the world.

I also served as a Marketing Coordinator helping execute the listener acquisition and retention strategy over Social Media, and as the primary Customer Support Specialist.
